Guided walk: The Pont de Nant botanical garden

Meet your guide at the car park in Les Plans-sur-Bex, near the Riversong wellness centre.

From here, you'll take a pleasant path along the spectacular Gorges de l'Avançon, giving you a good idea of the area's natural riches.

Once you arrive at Pont de Nant, you'll be met by Mr Bonnet at the entrance to the La Thomasia Alpine Botanical Garden. He will take you on a guided tour of this exceptional site. The garden is home to almost 3,000 species of mountain plants, carefully grouped according to their geographical origin, offering a veritable tour of the alpine plant world.

But the discovery doesn't stop there: before heading back down to the car park, you'll be given a presentation of the Vallon de Nant and its surrounding paths. This will give you a better understanding of the geological, ecological and landscape features of this exceptional natural site.
